- Just a reminder, today's Flyers game is at 5 PM at the Wachovia Center due to World Series Game 5 at Citizens Bank Park.
- The Flyers have received good news on Danny Briere's injury. There seems to be a pattern of these injuries being downplayed, in which case the player is rushed back and then winds up sitting for an extended period of time. Let's hope that isn't the case here. [CSN]

Lesson of the day: don't start chants unless you're up by two or more as time winds down
It is far too easy for the other side to get ticked off, momentarily elevate their game, and tie the score if you’re only up by one.
