[Carcillo] does seem to understand that as long as he is wearing Flyer orange, he is always going to be under NHL scrutiny, and less likely to get a break. That’s the way it is with the league office. That’s a penalty every player pays for wearing a Flyers jersey in the NHL. You better be squeaky-clean, even when you fight another player.

I wonder if he is just playing to his audience? Clearly, he’s not a Philadelphia guy. Maybe he’s just that… bad?

I’d hope he’d have more integrity than that. It makes himself look superficial, if not anything else.

No, but he’s clearly a Pittsburgh fan – he admits as much on his twitter. And yet his writing screams of ridiculously biased and drunk Larry from the corner bar.

Maybe he is ridiculously biased, drunk Larry from the corner bar. But I’m thinking he thinks that’s who reads his stuff.

He has an excellent reputation among hockey writers, but who knows how much of that is due to longevity rather than anything else. Who knows, but I find it hard to believe he means a lot of what he writes. Then again… oh hell, I don’t know.

If its written, AND printed on the internet then it must be true.

Unfortunately he writes this stuff to endear/ignite the far too many Flyers fans that actually believe in conspiracy theories. I, on the other hand, just believe it is a constant case of bad luck. Leon Stickle I am still bitter you jackass!!!!!!!!!!

sad but true

I will write a 50 dollar check to anyone who can find a slash from Carcillo on Orpik during last two minutes of OT.
