The Flyers will still be a playoff team.

Look at the current standings, there are 5 teams below us in the EC; NYR, TOR, NYI, TB, CAR.  We are better than all of those 5 teams.  Of the 9 ranked higher we are better than at least 3 or 4, FLA and MTL(2 games in hand 1 win behind), OTT, ATL.

That puts us somewhere in the bottom 3 seeds which I believe is reasonable at this point in time.  Chances are that in the next few months, they will start to adjust better to the new system, players will come out of slumps and chemistry will be discovered.  Put that together with players getting healthy and back to form, we may still be in prime shape to make a run.
