Such a shame
Glad I got to play on that once (group event, not as a pro). Such a shame to see it go.
Section 36, Row 5, Seats 1 and 2
I started going to Saturday matinee games against the Rangers and Islanders when I was really young. We still had Bobby Clarke and Bill Barber. The Flyers always won whenever I went, too. No wonder I became a fan.
It’s a shame that my last Flyers game there was the double overtime Game 5 loss to the Panthers in 1996. I did get to see the Phantoms win their first Calder Cup though.
