According to a source at the NHL Draft, Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren has been in conversation with the Anaheim Ducks about the possibility of trading for defenseman Chris Pronger.

I like a possible trade for Pronger. He’s cheaper than JBO (cap-wise, anyway) and he’s proven. Plus, the Flyers really need a veteran like Pronger in the locker room, it sure sounds like.
