A bit of an announcement

Why do you have to do stuff with Pensburgh all the time? I mean I’m sure they’re nice people, etc. (insert nice things), but I’m sorta sick of having to read about their blog on here, especially since it’s the Penguins! I don’t mean to sound rude, but I want absolutely no part of them at all. Even during the little “road trips” during the play-offs were brutal. Also, there’s still no mobile commenting, or else you’d hear a lot more of my whining! (:

Frank and I were at the draft together this weekend (I shared a room with him, in fact), so that’s why it probably seems overly excessive lately. And we would’ve done the road trips with whoever we would’ve played in the second round, too.

They tell me mobile commenting is at the top of the to-do list, FWIW.

Haha, I hear ya Tara. I felt (and still, to a degree, feel) the same way. I really don’t wanna hear anything about the Penguins.

Although, we lucked out with Pensburgh. Unlike most Penguins fans (and Pittsburgh fans I encounter, which is a lot because I go to college just outside Pittsburgh), FrankD and Hooks are actually knowledgeable, look at both sides of the argument and are not trolls. It is quite refreshing actually. If we are gonna do stuff with them at least they aren’t like the people over are Pensblog. I appreciate they’re respect and they are more then entitled to their opinion, as we all are. I hope they feel the same about us here at BSH.

At least for me, hearing about what other team’s fans think helps me to be a little more informed. I follow the Flyers (and all Philly teams) very closely and obviously don’t care to much about whats going on with other teams. But, I really don’t want to fall onto the category of an ignorant and overly biased fan, unwilling to hear what other people think. It also just helps with general respect, which will hopefully be reciprocated.
