NJ's Elias out 3 to 6 weeks, will miss opener vs Flyers
The New Jersey Devils received bad news Wednesday when it was revealed that Patrick Elias will miss 3-6 weeks after undergoing successful groin surgery on Tuesday. The Devils open their season against the Flyers on October 3 and Elias will miss the game.
