Four more players sent to Phantoms camp
The Flyers announced today they have sent four more players to the Adirondack Phantoms, who begin camp tomorrow in upstate New York. Jared Ross, Krys Kolanos, Sean Curry, and Joey Mormina are packing their bags. Click to the link above to see the updated training camp roster.

Just to allow some players to sit out preseason games? Or are they seriously getting a longer look?

Its a good question. Kaspar and Ward are both in there tonight, but its hard to believe they’d get spots over Betts and Pyorala. But they could be some of the first injury callups, so perhaps that’s why they’re getting a longer look.
