Is it a coincidence there are three fist pumps up there?

I can’t tell you… But I don’t think that Shaun’s comix and “coincidence” go together. ;)

That was great!
I remember in the last game the announcer made a comment on his goal celebration move.

Danny Briere – Fist pumping before the Jersey Shore ruined it.

This one made me laugh really good, well done, but isn’t it more of a fist scoop than a fist pump?

Wait a minute I thought Coburn had the triple fist pump. I always considered Brieres celebration more like a super uppercut from Street Fights Ryu.

Exactly! and since this is a Briere comic I gotta say I’m happy seeing him go to the net again

the only goal celebration worth doing in nhl 11 is the one knee fist pump. PUMP IT!

I always thought of the Super upercut fist pump as the “I love Lesbians Beyah” from the Chapelle show

I’m breaking my rule of not commenting on my own posts to give you, billy_pilgrim, a no-prize! Congrats man.

Sorry. Not sure I follow. Wasn’t trying to be a jerk. Sorry if I came across that way. I love your comics.

Damn. I was afraid of that. The “No-Prize” is a convention in comics. Whenever a reader wrote in and told them about a mistake or noticed a continuity error the editor would write back that they have won a “No-Prize.” Basically all that person won was the respect of the creators of the comic for showing them where they effed up because they didn’t really have anything free to give to the kid who said that Spider-Man wouldn’t have used a certain subway line to get to where he was going (just an example I pulled out of my butt)

So I wasn’t trying to say you were a jerk or that I was pissed because you called me out. Just saying, I don’t have anything to give you but you’ve won my respect. Also, I’m sad I missed that. I was an editor for 2 years. Haha. So thanks and keep up your good work.

God I’ve gone on for two paragraphs in a response that could have been three sentences. Am I turning into Stan Lee? God I hope not!

Ah, right! I remember hearing about that now. You can keep giving me these comics. I think they’re excellent.

I’m actually a full-time print and web designer now and I love/hate when people point out goofs. Though nothing beats my “bomb treats” instead of “bomb threats” 2 a.m. headline typo from 10 years ago.
