Start with the fact that his first NHL start resulted in an impressive win over the Penguins.  

The add fact that Leighton is out for at least 6+ weeks (probably a lot more)

Then don't forget that if we ever did recall Bucklund, there is a very good chance he would be snatched up by another team and we would be paying 1/2 his salary

Im rooting for this kid to be the real deal not only because I love him, but we can not afford for him not to be anything less than our next unexpected savior.

I personally wish Homer didn't put us in this position again and again. (but that discussion can be found in other posts)  I am very glad that BOB has so far shown he is capable and up to the challenge to bail the Flyers out and help Homer keep his job at the same time.
