Brendan Burke, brave son of Leafs' GM Brian, dies

Brendan Burke, the son of Maple Leafs GM Brian Burke, passed away on Friday from injuries suffered during a car accident in snow-ravaged Indiana. He was 21. Burke made his homosexuality public in December and his bravery helped and continues to help people who suffer through the hardships of living a gay life in the world of sports. Hockey is for everybody, and Brendan's courage should continue to remind us all of that fact.
