I think I read somewhere that it will be available on HBO On Demand starting tomorrow. I’m pretty sure I saw something about May 5th.
On HBO On Demand from May 5 to June 7, according to the Flyers website.

Anyone know about a place to find it online?
The Daily Forehand -- SB Nation's Tennis Destination.
Broad Street Hockey.
If you weren’t planning on DVRing this or staying up for a replay or whatever, you absolutely have to. Wow.
Now that I think about it, somebody should probably make a designated thread with a specific headline for commenting so spoilers don’t end up in every thread. I think there’s a fair number who aren’t going to have seen it right now…

Pretty good
Pretty good documentary on HBO. Never knew that about the place in Mount Ephraim. The Flyers of the 80s also used to hang out at Maynard’s in Margate. Too bad many players today don’t feel that bond to the community they’re in. I blame a lot of it on Free Agency.
Anyway, yes I’m still a sour Devils’ fan; but I’m pretty glad that I’ve been alive to see championships. I’m still waiting until 2014 – when I can chant “1994” to Ranger fans – marking 20 years of futility.
I have respect for most sports fans with 2 exceptions: NY Ranger fans who grew up in New Jersey, and Dallas Cowboy fans who can't name the capital of Texas.
Rexy’s came back. It’s still there I think. I went there a couple of times myself, but well after the Broad Street Bullies days.
Do you see what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps?
It’s still there now. I never actually go in there, but I drive past it at least once a week.

The food was nothing to write home about when I was there.
Do you see what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps?
Haha, well, I doubt it’s even open yet at 10:30 or 11 in the morning when I’m across the street at the Acme or the Walmart, which is normally how I end up in the area.

I don’t blame it all on free agency…. There’s a whole bunch of contributing factors, but I’m sure at least one of those factors is the people who take advantage of the players when they see them.
I live about 5 minutes from the practice facility, and my fiance has never lived more than 10 minutes from it and went a lot as a kid. Most of the time, you can get a given player to talk briefly, take a picture, sign something, etc. But if you’re unlucky, a dealer shows up with a whole box of things for somebody to sign, and then the players have to just cut everybody off. This happens more and more frequently every year; and every time it happens the players really have no choice but to turn and run. Or worse, they recognize a dealer’s car and they know they can’t even pause because they’ll get pounced on. It’s not the respectful fan’s fault that they can’t talk to you, and most of the players try their best to acknowledge that if they can (they can’t always); but it’s just not possible to sign a puck for the 10 year old and still manage to avoid the dealer who is harassing them. If you see that sort of thing happen in person too many times, it starts getting harder to blame them for constantly scanning the parking lot for one of those guys to pop up and ruin the whole thing for the fans that come to see them.

THAT. WAS. AWESOME.
I am now sufficiently pumped. Bring me the head of a Bruin!

I am old enough to remember those days and they were special. It is ashame for generations of fans to not have that special of a team they can be associated with. I was really looking for a little more about how truly talented that tram was and how the league was the wild west in those days and fighting was rampid not just in Philly. I always love getting chills over those times. But I need new teams to be proud of and bask in the glory of.

I loved it, it was hilarious. Clarkie and Snider are awesome, off topic I actually think if Clarke was the GM now he’d be much better, listening to his talks over the past year he has kind of gotten “it” about the new NHL.
