Amazing. Truly amazing. Thank you.

Broad Street Hockey - Makin' it look mean since 1967.
He has the best collection of international jerseys I’ve seen. I used to talk to him a lot at games because we are both jersey collectors. He doesn’t believe in buy team jerseys of players because they can be traded etc. So he only buys country jerseys because players can’t be traded from countries. I always got a laugh out of that logic. He’s a real nice guy, if I see him at the next game I’ll let him know he’s famous on BSH.
My uncle and I used to call him “The Sweedish Dude” and I completely agree he’s got a sweet ass collection of awesome jerseys. Every game it’s fun to see what he was going to wear. He always seemed like a nice guy too. We used to have half season tickets in the same section…or maybe he was in 212 and we were 213…can’t remember.

Tell that to freaking A-Rod, or that traitorous bitch from the WNBA who played for Russia in the olympics.

Would you happen to mean Becky Hammon, who played basketball professionally for CSKA and the Russian national team the year after being the WNBA MVP runner-up, who wasn’t even invited to play for the American team? The WNBA paid her $95,000 a year. CSKA offered half a million. As a naturalized Russian citizen who had never played international competition for the US, she was eligible to play for Russia.
It’s happened the other way, too. Ice dancer Tanith Belbin is a Canadian who competes for the US. American luger Bengt Walden is from Sweden. Lopez Lomong, the US flagbearer in the China ceremonies, is from Sudan. The other two Americans in the same event (1500 meters) were Bernard Lagat (Kenya) and Leo Manzano (Mexico). Archer Khatuna Lurig is from Georgia (the former Russian province, not the state). Phil Dalhausser, who was part of the men’s beach volleyball team, is Swiss. Our entire table tennis team was from China. Gymnast Nastia Liukin was born in Russia. Badminton player Khan Malaythong is from Laos. The soccer team had Freddy Adu of Ghana, Benny Feilhaber of Brazil, and Stuart Holden of Great Britain.
Honor is no substitute for victory.
