Favorite Non-Championship Run...

I know it still burns and even though I have been burnt many times over the past 20 years as a philly fan, I would say this might be my favorite run to the post season and loss in the Finals.  I know that sounds stupid and silly for a philly fan to say, and that last goal was crushing since I thought we were going game 7, and winning game 6 4-3, coming back from 3-2 might have been an omen, but this IMO was the least hurting Championship loss for me.

Between:

The 1993 Phillies, 1997 Flyers...I was 4 and 8, don't really remember them all that well and didn't understand and/or appreciate them as much as I do now

The 2001 Sixers - I hate the Lakers and Kobe Bryant...

The 2004 Eagles, maybe the most frustrating since we finally made the SB and couldn't win the darn thing.

The 2009 Phillies, I hate nothing more than the Yankees, especially now that they buy talent, and I go to school in the NY area, and the amount of bandwagoners who can't name more than Jeter or A-Rod pisses me off

I would say losing in 2010 didn't hurt that bad simply because the 4-3 win against the Bruins was one of the most exciting come back, unprobable, call it what you want wins, I've watched...

I know it might sound retarded, but I'd love to hear others opinion on this, especially some of the older crowd who can remember prior to 89, or atleast vividly remembers 93 and 97 respectively because I was too young to really understand what was going on....
