I just wanted to see if you had GM power this offseason What are the moves you would make? With these moves when you post them there needs to be some realism to them. Not like Trade Carter for The Sedin Brothers....

In my dream off season my first move would be to Trade Carter ( Trust me I know he's a good player even though I hate his lets take 2 step into the zone and wrist shot...or the breakaway always going to the backhand But i give Briere shit for his wrap around tries all the time.... but he is the best trade assest we got)

My Dream Trade Would be to the CBJ Carter for Umberger and Mason( I know he had a rough sophmore run but he is young and can bounce back)

Second thing I would do is SIGN GIROUX give the man like 3-4 million a year for 8 years

Third thing by clearing up some cap with the Carter Trade go sign Maxim Afinogenov This guy like Umberger has some heart....

Fourth I know the D needs some help well the 5th and 6th men but I don't think they are as bad as some 5th and 6th D man out there they just need some conditioning and chemistry Ryan Parent needs to stay healthy and learn to use his body like Pronger and Oskars will be alright

So my Dream offseason Starting Lineup might look like this

Gagne Richards Umberger

Leino Briere Harts

JVR Giroux Afinogenov

Lappy Betts Carbomb

Hopefully this dream offseason is resonable to fit under cap space and what not....Side note I would Bring Leighton back one more year but i feel he will be asking way to much
