Okay, first things first, please rec this so I don't have to make more fan posts as these get lost in the shuffle of trade discussions, cap debates, and the like. We can use this for all the planning of the pick up ice hockey game. Details after the jump.

Dates:

We need to figured out the dates. Let me know what dates won't work for you. From there I can call the rink and start to get some firm options. Remember, this will most likely be a late night event. I'm hoping the dates in the following list of my availability works for everyone: July 16/17, July 23/24, July 30/31, or August 6/7. If none of these work, I can try to work around a couple things. August 13/14 could potentially work, but I have to be at a baptism on the 15th, so I'd rather avoid that weekend.

Location:

Aston Ice Works. Unless there is a large group of you who can't make it to this rink, this is going to be the plan. Let me know if it's an issue. Also, if we commit to a date, and they don't have ice time available, I will call other area rinks and work it out.

Who's in:

Let me know if you are planning on playing, what position you play (really just need to know goalies) and if you are bringing anyone.

Before hand meet up:

I was thinking it be a good idea to maybe meet up for some food and drinks before the game. This way I don't have to try to get a hold of everyone about rink # and locker rooms. Let me know what everyone thinks. Also, I'm always up for hitting the bar after the game as well. DragonGirl, I'm hoping you won't mind helping me with this.
