So I apologize if someone had done this before (I cannot remember), but with the All Star Ballot results announced, I was curious what everyone thought.  I personally believe the fantasy draft deal is awesome, but this whole fan balloting just absolutely screwed it up.  Basically, what I'm asking is who your top 6 would be. 

I'll start with mine:

• Forwards: Crosby, St. Louis, and Stamkos
• Defense: Doughty and Byfuglien
• Goalie: Tim Thomas

Here's my reasoning.  Crosby, Stamkos, and Marty are the top 3 in scoring, yes.  But I can't think of 3 forwards playing as well as these guys are.  Stamkos and St. Loius are definitely more deserving of Malkin.  I can see the Toews argument as valid, but I think these two Lightning guys were gipped.

Drew Doughty is arguably the best defenseman in the game today.  And he's only 21.  He gets overlooked since he's out west I think, but he will be a perennial Norris candidate, not to mention he has the ability to put up points.  I'll be honest, I really disklike Dustin Byfuglien, but he's put up 41 pts in 42 games after being moved back to defenseman.  I may not like the guy but "C'mon man" he deserves to be in the top 6.

Tim Thomas...well he's just been ridiculous this year.  There's no other way to put it.

So there's my 6...what are you thinking?
