This seems like the best roster I can come up with. Now, I'm not to sure what Simmonds and Voracek are in line to make, so I ballparked off of what I have heard about them. The real question is, "What about Bob?" With Bryz signed to a 9 year deal, the only logical option is to trade him while his value is through the roof. Or, we could keep him and use him when he is 31 like Bryz. Then, he just becomes a very expensive backup.

Why not just keep Bob as insurance, in the form of a very good but young and inexperienced backup? It isn’t the best thing for his development, playing every game would be, but if Breezy gets hurt, the drop off in production wouldn’t be so dramatic if Bob filled in.

Today shocked me, but actually seeing your roster, this looks like a pretty good team, a young team, but still good

It just hurts not seeing Richie’s name up there…I became a real fan in ‘07, mainly because that’s when I really started to understand hockey. Richie was THE guy. I’m stil reeling, like you, but we got away with a lot today. Even if that meant losing our captain

Boosh has been doing decent...but I still hate him
I got Versteeg, and you can't have him.
