i think we are hands down better than last year .. we lost our best player (carter) and another good winger (leino) but we are over all better

we got more than market value for richards .. who was on our third line for a reason .. got two top tier prospects (courtier and schenn) and two good young forwards (voracek and Simmonds)

And most importantly JAGR!! hell yes baby .. hes the man .. talking one of the 5 best forwards ever to play in nhl .. and hes still got it .. im thinking 75 points (34 goals and 41 assists) and we still have cap space....

i could of lived with out talbot .. hes okay but i like him better on the 4th line and not the third .. imo hes a better powe .. which isnt saying much cuz powe sucked .. but someone has to kill penaltys

Best deal of the day tho! trading versteeg .. and we got good value too .. basically we moved down from a late 1st to an early second .. thats not bad .. most rental players cost a lot more than that! and we are rid of that bum and his shit cap hit .. thank god!!

i love leino and im sad hes gone .. but he was not worth that money and i am a huge leino guy .. so it must really be an overpayment when im saying it

bring back carter lol well i wish .. id rather have carter back than stamkos to be honest .. thats how highly i think of carter .. hes that good .. hes an elite scorer whos better defesnively and in faceoff circle .. i miss him already !!
