Poor li'l Danny.... I haven't decided yet whether he simply doesn't know about the lockout or if he is delusional. I do know that I love the expression of pure joy on his face in panel 3. That is a pretty cool pencil.

Like a fool I tried to plan ahead and had about 10 strips in progress, with a few finished, so I could be ready for the season to start. Of course it all depended on the season... you know.... starting. I had a strip ready for the first Flyers/Rangers game, a strip introducing Li'l Marty Brodeur (with some special guests) and a series of strips involving Li'l Claude and Li'l Sid. (Spoiler: they don't like each other) Hopefully I'll be able to use them when the season starts in November (hope hope), but for now I had start all over again.
