It's free agency day! What will the Flyers do?

The biggest question is on defense -- will Matt Carle stay or will he go? If he goes, how will the Flyers replace him? We've looked at Filip Kuba and Jason Garrison in depth as options, but there are a number of other guys out there as well. Bryan Allen is another prime target, but I think we agree that Carle (and Ryan Suter) are the top options.

There's a need for a top-6 forward as Jaromir Jagr leaves town. Or maybe he stays. We'll likely find out today. And what about a backup goaltender? There are plenty of guys on the market and Paul Holmgren has a hole to fill.

Ah, and the trades. The Flyers have reported interest in Rick Nash, and it's possible that Columbus finally sends him packing today or at some point this week. Let's buckle in and wait for it all to unfold.
