someone brought up on facebook that jvr and carle have not and will not become great players because they went the college route instead of playing junior. quote "Carle is a college player and really fairly soft JBo came up through the W and sorry but just like JVR the guys that go to college never develop as much as they would if they went through major junior hockey"/quote. sounds like bullshit to me but I was curious where you could find stats of players that went the same route they did. and compare them to players who played in junior. sounds like a lot of work but would be interesting to see.
