Yep, that's him in the white. One of Scott Hartnell's childhood teammates posted this image on Reddit over the weekend. Apparently it's from his time with the Lloydminster Blazers.

Hartnell grew up in Lloydminster, a town of 30,000 that sits on the border of Alberta and Saskatchewan. According to the one who posted this, he didn't fall a lot as a young player and he was "a fun and super nice kid." Sounds about halfway right.
