UPDATE: ROSTERS ARE DUE 11 PM EST, JUNE 16
Well, it's happened. Another season is over. But one of the things about having a GM that makes... questionable decisions is that we can never be quite so sure about who will be around the next season. I recall us doing this the summer Richards and Carter got shipped out and some of the guesses we made that off-season looked downright stoopid in light of what the final roster actually looked like.
So here is how it will work. Go here:
I'll let you set the cap wherever you think it'll be- the $71.1M is a number that was floated earlier this year, however Bettman is on record as saying the final figure may be in the $69-70M range. You must compile a roster that is cap-compliant with whatever figure you decide. The maximum number of players you can have is 23.
Once you have decided your roster and cap hits, scroll down to the bottom and press the text roster button. Copy the text of the pop-up that is generated and paste it into a comment. Should look something like this:

I'll keep the scoring the same from a few years ago. Notice no differentiation is made being on-ice and being a scratch, or who is on what line:
Roster points: One point is awarded for each player who is correctly identified as being on the Flyers' opening night roster.
Salary cap deduction: Two points are deducted for each $500,000 by which the submitted roster's actual 2014-2015 cap hit exceeds the actual cap. It is up to you to guess what the cap will be -- common estimates are in the $69-71M range.
Salary dump bonus: Two points are added for each player who a) played in 25+ games for the Flyers last year, b) is under contract for 2014-2015, c) is not in the Flyers organization on opening night, and d) is correctly left off of your roster submission.
RFA cap hit bonus: One point is added for each player who a) is scheduled to be a RFA in 2014-2015, b) is on the Flyers roster on opening night, c) is correctly on your roster submission, and d) has a cap hit within 5% of your prediction.
RFA departure bonus: One point is added for each player who a) played in 25+ games for the Flyers last year, b) is scheduled to be a RFA in 2014-2015, c) is not in the Flyers organization on opening night, and d) is correctly left off your roster submission.
UFA signing bonus: Three points are added for each player who a) is scheduled to be a UFA in 2014-2015, b) cannot currently negotiate with the Flyers, c) is on the Flyers roster on opening night, and d) is correctly on your roster submission.
UFA cap hit bonus: One point is added for each player who a) is scheduled to be a UFA in 2014-2015, b) is on the Flyers roster on opening night, c) is correctly on your roster submission, and d) has a cap hit within 5% of your prediction.
Trade acquisition bonus: Five points are added for each player who a) is currently under contract with another team for 2014-2015 b) is on the Flyers roster on opening night, and c) is correctly on your roster submission.
Prizes: First place will get a hardy handshake and a hand-stitched banner rug of the winners choosing.
Tiebreakers: Highest number of correct players, lowest cumulative difference in cap hits of correct players, random draw.
