Description.Everyone is welcome to come to our summer gathering of Flyers fans on Thursday July 22, from 7-9pm and beyond! at the Chickie's & Pete's in South Philly. The main purpose of this meeting, in addition to hanging out, having fun, meeting new people and listening to people whine about or defend Leighton, ...is to work on our idea for a facebook style book telling the story of the Flyers 2009-10 season and playoff run. Yesterday the NHL page on ESPN.com had a picture of two crazy looking Flyers fans completely painted in orange, wigs, and talking into orange megaphones.
But when I came back from work to download the pic, it was removed and I cant find it.
Does anyone know where I can find this pic?
Next year, our number one priority is getting a goalie. Well we've got the #2 goalie on when it matters, and we still can't do shit with it. Fucking A.
So with all the snow that's supposed to hammer us tonight, I'm not going anywhere. I am settling in to watch some hockey on this Friday night though, in particular the Devils and Leafs in Kovalchuk's debut.
Other games tonight: ATL at WSH, CAR at BUF, CGY at FLA, and PHX at CHI. That last game should be a really good one as well. Who else is just sitting around tonight?

My Girlfriend wants to get my a flyers jersey for christmas, and she wants to know who to get, who would you say to get?
Richards needs to be sent to the AHL, stripped of the C, and Carter needs to be put on the 4th line. Their performances tonight catalyzes the Flyers position as a Cellar Dweller this season.
Also, Fire Emery and JVR. JVR contributed to the goals scored against the flyers. What was he, -4 tonight? Son of a bitch!
Dan Carcillo was doing a Jeremy Roenick impression at the last preseason game. He was throwing a few pucks to some little Flyers fans. He's a good guy and hopefully he has a good year.
Does anyone know when the NHL Network is supposed to start on Comcast? If so, what channel and what package do you need?
