I've updated the Flyers salary cap chart to include Ian Laperriere and Brian Boucher. The team has about $2.9 million $2.053 in cap space to, presumably, sign an offensive forward and possibly an extra defenseman.
According to TSN, Jay Bouwmeester has signed a five year, $33 million contract with the Calgary Flames. The Flames acquired his rights on Saturday and were pressing to sign him before he hit the open market tomorrow at Noon ET.
