Ville Leino wasn't on the ice for warmups tonight in Florida, and according to the Flyers, he's out with a lower-body injury. My immediate worry is that it's his surgically repaired hip, although Paul Holmgren says it's nothing serious. Then again, we know how that whole pattern sometimes turns out.

Andreas Nodl will take Leino's spot with Danny Briere and Scott Hartnell, at least initially.

The big, immediate news? Nikolay Zherdev is so deep inside the basement of Peter Laviolette's dog house that he can't even crack the lineup tonight with Leino out. If that's not a sign that he's short on this organization, nothing is. Jody Shelley gets the spot in the lineup over Zherdev tonight.

Yes, Shelley and Dan Carcillo are both in the lineup at the same time. We'll see how that goes.
