Monday Morning Fly By: It's draft (party!!!) week!!!

*Yesterday was fun. The league revealed the protect/expose list for all of the teams and Ron? Ron did good! [BSH]

*It would appear that the "handshake deal" we speculated about between the Flyers and Jordan Weal is real, as the sides are reportedly very close to a deal. [CSN Philly]

*In other very excellent hockey news, the salary cap is going up! That'll make life easier for everyone. [BSH]

*We are a mere FIVE (5) days from the Flyers picking #2 (up from #13) overall in the draft. Right now, today, the experts are thinking we get Patrick. [Inquirer]

*We also had a trade this weekend! Prior to the expansion draft lists being revealed was Saturday's trade freeze, and ahead of that Ron sent Nick Cousins and Merrick Madsen off to Arizona. [BSH]
