The Philadelphia Flyers returned home after spending the holiday on the road with a matchup against the Carolina Hurricanes. Despite being the home team, the Orange and Black donned their road whites after being asked to wear them by the opposing GM. Carolina called the shots on the ice as well, scoring four-unanswered goals midway through three periods of play. Philadelphia would strike thrice and get within a goal, but the comeback would fall short as they fell to the Canes 5-3.
Flyers face the Flames in the Wells Fargo Center Saturday afternoon, hoping to bounce back from a five game losing streak. Photographer Heather Barry was in the building Thursday night to capture some images of Claude Giroux, Shayne Gostisbehere, Wayne Simmonds, and more!
