*The goaltending problem has been solved and it turns out the answer was right there all along. BAMFBE. Turns out Cam Talbot wants to be a starter somewhere. lol. [BSH]

*Nick Schultz is a coach now. Cool. No, honestly, it seems like mediocre/bad players make good coaches. [Flyers]

*Speaking of... maybe Andrew MacDonald will make a good coach someday? Who knows; his last year with us wasn’t terrible and we wish him all the best. [BSH]

*We’re lucky Scott Gordon decided to remain with the organization. Dude’s a real asset, especially in Allentown. [NBC Sports Philly]

*There have been a lot of complaints about the way the Flyers chose to address their needs on defense, but realistically, could they have done much better with their cap and their specific needs? Maybe? Anyway the market for defensemen is bad and weird. [Yahoo Sports]

*One of Friedman’s latest 31 Thoughts touches on the Travis Sanheim deal. [Sportsnet]

*The Powers That Be in the NHL want to reboot the World Cup of Hockey and remain noncommittal on the Olympics. Just what the fans want! [CBC]

*And finally... new BSH Radio! In which we speculate about the goalie situation. Thanks for solving that, The Flyers. [BSH]
