*The mascots all took a vote and elected something called “Tommy Hawk” as their elite leader. Safe to say they’re all jealous of the clear top talent in the mascot world. [NBC Sports Chicago]

*The TK thing becomes interesting when you check out Bill Meltzer’s predictions for which players will make up the lines this season. Can’t let your top-line winger go unsigned heading into camp. [Flyers]
