There was hockey (again) in Philadelphia against the Boston Bruins Thursday night. The lone goal was scored by Matt Niskanen in the first period.
The Flyers had quite a few close chances, but dropped 3-1 after an empty net goal late in the third sealed the deal. Of course our photographer Heather Barry was in there to capture some fan favorite shots of Gritty, Joel Farabee, Morgan Frost, and more.
Preseason continues as the Flyers battle the New York Rangers at home Saturday night in the Wells Fargo Center.
