Flyers announce rookie camp schedule and game roster

It’s here! Hockey is just about here! The Flyers have their rookie game scheduled for next Wednesday, and to make it feel extra real that hockey is just around the corner, we have a roster for the game that’s just been released. You can check it out below.

If there are a bunch of names that you don’t recognize on that list, well, that’s okay. The Flyers have drafted fewer players from the CHL over the last couple of years than they have in the past, in favor of players from the US and Sweden, which means they have college or SHL commitments which prevent them from appearing in this game. And the Flyers have to fill out the roster somehow, which means we get a bunch more invites than we’re used to seeing. So new maybe pals, hello!
