*Practice a little self-care today, pals. It’s Monday. The world is on fire. You had to go to work anyway. So treat yourself to take out, do a face mask, pick up a pricy bottle of wine... do what you can. Anyhoo, big news over the weekend in Flyersland was the signing of Linus Hogberg! Heretofore known only as “The Hog”. [BSH]

*There was some chatter after the signing that perhaps this makes a Wyatt Kalynuk signing a little less likely, but who knows. [Inquirer]

*Has hockey ever made you cry? It’s wild how many emotions can be stirred by sport. [BSH]

*Sammy J did a mailbag! Answers ahoy! [Inquirer]

*Do you guys think that, without fans, the NHL playoffs are somehow “less authentic”? I worried no fans would really damage the viewing experience but if you’ve watched the soccer or the baseball happening it’s really inconsequential. [NBC Sports Philly]

*Being able to vote on things has made James van Riemsdyk so hot right now. [ProHockeyTalk]

*Apparently the Devils are looking at a few of our old guys for their coaching staff. [NBC Sports Philly]

*Ever wonder what kind of hockey player you’d be? Good news, now you can find out. [NBC Sports Philly]

*And finally, in case you missed them, Friday brought you two new podcast eps, first the Flyperbole boys on the idea of the asterisk, and then BSH Radio resurrected Ice Sport Radio to dive into the league’s plans to move forward. Enjoy!
