NHL: Anaheim Ducks at Philadelphia Flyers Eric Hartline-USA TODAY Sports

*In what can only be described as the best news ever, Oskar Lindblom finished his cancer treatments yesterday and RANG. THAT. BELL. [BSH] [NHL.com]

*In other good news, Travis Konecny won himself his first ever Toyota Cup. I’m not sure anyone predicted he’d be the team’s leading scorer but hooooo boy has he had himself a season. [Flyers]

*It’s the end of Rivalry Week the first, so have a gander at all the reasons you should hate the Detroit Red Wings. Somehow there are more reasons than just “1997”. [BSH]

*We also hate the Blackhawks. But that one is easy; the hate lives inside of you. You cannot rid your body of it. [BSH]

*Charlie’s outstanding series on the Flyers’ forecheck continues with a look at how hitting affected the results. [The Athletic]

*The goals scored against the teams you hate the most are always the most satisfying goals, no? [BSH]

*It would appear that the bargaining portion of the new CBA is coming to a close, and when it does, the players may be no better off than they were before. The NHLPA really sucks at its job. [The Hockey News]

*And finally, head into the holiday weekend with a new BSH Radio! It was a pretty goofy one, but good nonetheless. Enjoy the 4th everyone! [BSH]
