Now that the 2020 Stanley Cup playoff field is officially set —just want to point out again that the Penguins and Rangers did not actually quality— it’s time for the yearly practice of filling out a bracket leading all the way to Lord Stanley’s Cup.
You know the drill, hit the link here (sign in to NHL.com), make your picks in each series, and see who is actually the smartest person in the room (website). Now again, just want to point out that while you can for instance pick the Flyers to win the Cup, you cannot pick the Penguins or Rangers —or even the Maple Leafs— because they did not quality for the Stanley Cup playoffs.
Now remember after each round we’ll give an update and some shoutouts to those excelling (and maybe drag some of those who aren’t) via out social media channels so be sure to add your handle to your bracket if that’s something you’re into. We’ve also partnered with the NHL to give the person who submits a perfect bracket $1 million (with NHL providing roughly $1 million of that prize money), so that’s NEAT.
And also congratulations to the winner of the 2019 BSH Bracket Challenge: Ryan.4! Really solid job picking the Blues and riding them all the way to win that we definitely and 100% did acknowledge on Twitter at some point.
