*Sometimes when you mess with the monkey’s paw, the monkey’s paw messes with you. Did someone wish to get a good long look at Morgan Frost this season? Well, Sean Couturier is out for at least two weeks. Not great. [BSH]

*Only two games into the season with four lines looking really, really good, Alain Vigneault has been forced to figure out something new with the 1C sidelined. [NBC Sports Philly]
