*Oh yeah, and that little matter of Samuel Morin being a winger now. And it isn’t just a gimmick or a way to get the kid some time on the ice in camp. The team is really committed to giving it a shot. Wild stuff. [The Athletic]

*But with the Flyers pretty well stocked at wing, why move him? [BSH]

*Team leadership is heading into camp with the goal of turning things around after a rather abysmal playoff performance. [Inquirer]

*So, what should we be looking at during this year’s shortened training camp? There are some questions that need answering. [BSH]

*The WJC is rolling on and we are getting close to the medal rounds being set. Exciting! [BSH]

*And finally, the most exciting news of the long holiday weekend: the Flyers are getting an outdoor game! At Lake Tahoe!!!! [BSH]

*Full details courtesy of NHL insiders over at The Athletic. It’s going to be fun. [The Athletic]
