*Can you even really be mad that they lost a game in a shootout they were forced to play without six key players in the lineup? Well, probably. RECAP!

*Last night’s game was the first time in twelve years that neither Jake Voracek nor Claude Giroux were in the lineup. That’s nuts. [Inquirer]

*It was touch and go there for a few days but the Flyers will be playing Lake Tahoe Sunday. But it’ll be an hour earlier, FYI. [NHL]

*And just like last night’s game, the Flyers will be without damn near half of their forward core. [NBC Sports Philly]

*It’s under pretty crappy circumstances, but it’s super cool to see Maksim Sushko get a shot in the NHL lineup. [Inquirer]

*The Flyers’ brush with a Covid outbreak has made things a bit tougher on the team both on the ice, and off. Which is probably not very surprising. Everything is weird now. [NBC Sports Philly]

*The best in the business took some questions from the fans and gave some predictably excellent answers. [The Athletic]

*And finally, even without six of their key players, this weekend’s outdoor game promises to be a real beauty. Sometimes you have to hand it to this dumb league. [USA Today]
