*It’s going to be nice this weekend, you, dear reader, should go outside and enjoy it. The Stanley Cup Final starts next week. [TSN]

*There was a lot said about what the Young Kids would learn from this season’s teensy little playoff run, but don’t forget that the old heads an learn something too. And Travis Konecny came away with some things that are going to really stick. [NBC Sports Philly]

*Until he starts doing the things, we’re going to see a lot written about all the things that Danny Briere needs to do this summer. Like this checklist of things that Danny Briere needs to do this summer. [Inquirer]

*Speaking of things Danny needs to do, we think he needs to avoid bringing in any of these available defensemen if he wants to improve the Flyers’ D corps. [BSH]

*Oh wow, members of the national hockey media seem to think that Matvei Michkov needs a change-of-scenery trade in order to thrive. That’s weird. I wonder why they think that. Anyway! [ESPN]

*Our Player Grades series continues with a look at a guy who turned out to be a real pleasant surprise for the Flyers this year. [BSH]

*The BSH Community Draft Board also rolls on, and next up is arguably the safest option in this draft if your team wants to go with a defenseman. [BSH]

*Getting back to those things Danny needs to do this summer, how’s about another Trade Board from one of those NHL insiders? Always good to keep up with who might be hitting the block. [The Athletic]

*And finally, we learned yesterday that NHL legend Claude Lemieux passed away, rather tragically. He was a real fun guy to hate in his heyday, huh? Might not be a higher compliment you can pay to an NHL hockey player, to be honest. Thoughts are with his family. [Sportsnet]
