*Oh wow, the Flyers went to overtime against the Blues last night. That’s wild. Who could have predicted? Anyway who cares, they won! Recap!

*Last night’s game was Hockey Fights Cancer night at the XBox and the Flyers organization made it a really special night for several fans and one much-loved member of the Flyers family. [Inquirer]

*As was hinted at by the lines at practice earlier this week, Rick Tocchet did a little line mixing last night. And if we’re going to be changing things up a bit, it might be beneficial to keep two of the Flyers’ better players apart. [BSH]

*Speaking of one of the Flyers’ better players, how’d you like a little Friday morning rage bait in the form of a ranking of the top-50 players under the age of 24? Discuss:

*We got an announcement yesterday that makes us think that maybe, just maybe, Jett Luchanko might be on the move up there in the OHL. [BSH]

*Olympic roster decisions are going to have to be made pretty soon, and there are a number of questions facing the folks putting together Team Canada. Take Large Travis with you though, guys. For real. [Sportsnet]

*Lots of quarter-season analysis going on at the moment, given that we’re about a quarter of the way through the season and all. Also a great time to revisit some preseason predictions. See how bad you did. Self reflection, if you will. [ESPN]

*And finally, tonight the Flyers will honor the life and legacy of Bernie Parent, a man the current crop of Flyers may not have known very well, but thanks to the folks in the organization who did know Bernie well, a man they will not forget. [Inquirer]
