*It’s the first of this week’s home-and-home with the stupid Pittsburgh Penguins tonight, with the series kicking off at The Farg tonight at 7 p.m. The Flyers should still be flying high from Saturday’s win and Sunday’s Carnival fun, and Ryan Poehling specifically says he feels great. Good to know. [Inquirer]

*Andrei Kuzmenko looked great Saturday afternoon, and maybe we should start wondering if he’s just here for the season or here for a while. [The Athletic]

*Trade rumors continue and the latest has Scott Laughton possibly heading to a team in the Metro, which would be wild. [BSH]

*Related (loosely), the Flyers do not appear as a notable seller in this piece on this year’s buyers and sellers. Which is curious, no? [Sportsnet]

*With the deadline super rapidly approaching, a full rundown of what each and every team should be doing ahead of it seems like a fun thing to read. [ESPN]

*Up in Allentown, things may be getting a bit precarious for goalie Aleksei Kolosov, as the Phantoms are nearly back to 100% healthy. [BSH]

*Further up in Oshawa, Flyers’ prospect Noah Powell had himself a heck of a game the other night. [BSH]

*And finally, looking past the Penguins to Saturday’s game against the Jets… oh boy it’s going to be a doozy. Jets can’t seem to lose! [TSN]
