*This break is quickly coming to a close, with tomorrow’s final closing out the 4 Nations Face-Off. Have you missed the Flyers? Sam Ersson was looking good pre-break and he was pretty dang outstanding in Sweden’s last game against the USA. Maybe he’ll come back hot? [Inquirer]

*It’s really all eyes on 4 Nations this week, and we’ve got the latest wrapup, in case you’ve missed any of the action. [BSH]

*Looking ahead to tomorrow’s Final, it looks like Team USA will be equipped with both Tkachuks and a Matthews, and may even get a Hughes on the back end. But as of now, Quinn Hughes is technically ineligible to play. [TSN]

*Some folks think this ineligibility thing is silly and Hughes should be allowed to suit up. Rules are rules though, eh? [Sportsnet]

*And now a full preview of the big game, which is going to be a doozy, mostly because of… all of the stuff going on around us. [ESPN]

*Apropos of nothing, goalie save percentage is the lowest it has been in years. That’s wild.

*Anyhoo, hey look! Flyers-related content! In the form of a mailbag. [The Athletic]

*And finally, in what can only be described as the most important piece written about 4 Nations over the last two weeks: Sam Ersson tried hot dogs in Montreal. [Inquirer]
