*Big moves being made last night! Ronnie Attard, we hardly knew ye. [BSH]

*It’s going to be a big night for Aleksei Kolosov, who will be tested by one of the best offensive teams in the league tonight. Thought you were ready for the NHL? Let’s see it, kid. [Inquirer]

*We’ll be saying hello to two of our old friends, both of whom make up one of the best defensive pairings in the league. We’re talking of course about Shayne Gostisbehere and Sean Walker, the latter of which the Flyers still haven’t figured out how to replace. [BSH]

*Speaking of guys who have forgotten how to score, it would be nice for Morgan Frost to get it together. For once, John Tortorella seems to be giving him the time to figure it out. [NBC Sports Philly]

*One player who Torts hasn’t need to worry about? Emil Andrae. [BSH]

*On NHL development, and what we can learn about it through Matvei Michkov’s first taste of what happens when you don’t meet John Tortorella’s standard. [Sportsnet]

*Speaking of MM, is it too early to be thinking of him in historical context? [Inquirer]

*There was a random mystery player at the Flyers practice yesterday and no one knows who it was or what they were doing there. [BSH]

*And finally, the CBA talks have begun, sort of, and the players have some things they’d like to see. [ESPN]
