*The boys are back at it again tonight, facing the Tampa Bay Lightning on the road. Should be another easy evening for Aleksei Kolosov, eh? Anyhoo, the team will still be without Ryan Poehling, and may be without him for a little while moving forward. [BSH]

*And if you’re in the Philly area, come on down to the South Philly Chickie’s & Pete’s for our watch party and fundraiser with Snider Hockey! It’s going to be so fun.

*Speaking of Kolosov, he performed pretty admirably in the game against Carolina the other night, but still couldn’t pull off a win. The Flyers currently do not have a backup goaltender that has yet proven they are capable of pulling off a win. Seems like a problem. [The Athletic]

*Our resident prospects expert Maddie Campbell’s got a look at which players in the farm system have had the best week this week. [BSH]

*And if you’re a subscriber over at Charlie’s website, you can check out her dive into what the Phantoms looked like through the month of October. [PHLY]

*There is a meeting of the folks that govern NCAA practices today, and evidently some decisions they make with regard to college hockey could have ramifications both up and down the NHL feeder pattern. [Sportsnet]

*The Winnipeg Jets are absolutely dominating the league so far this season. Just as we all predicted! [TSN]

*And finally, few things better than a DGB Thought Experiment. Here he is asking the question: who the worst hockey team that had the most Hall of Famers? [The Athletic]
