Thursday Morning Fly By: They did not fly

*The Flyers did not repeat their performance from a week or so ago against the Wings; this time they lost a game they wholly deserved to lose. So it is. RECAP!

*One name that keeps popping up with regard to the Flyers’ desperate need for a center is that of Minnesota’s Marco Rossi. There are a lot of really good reasons why the Flyers should push hard for a trade to get him. Some reasons why they shouldn’t, too. [BSH]

*The Flyers were, once again, plagued by a slow start this year. Slow start to the season overall and slow start to games, too. What’s up with that? [PHLY]
