*As we may recall, Jett Luchanko was sent back to Guelph on Monday, and we still have a lot of thoughts about all of that. First, perhaps a bit of a silver lining, him being out of the mix for a spot on that fourth line could give the remaining players a chance to build a bit more continuity. [BSH]

*It’s a bit of a bummer, but it’s important to remember that we’re still so early in his career, and a bright future still lies ahead for Luchanko. [NBCSP]

*But also… the way the Flyers handled this whole situation was, arguably, not so great. [BSH]

*Anyway, the Flyers weren’t done shuffling their roster either, as they announced yesterday afternoon that they’ve called Emil Andrae back up from the Phantoms. [BSH]

*He didn’t make it up here in time to get in for the Flyers’ game against the Penguins last night though, which is a shame we guess, because it was really a wild one. [BSH]

*Our pal Bill also has some of his own instant reactions on the game. [PHLY]

*In all of the madness of last night’s game, Travis Konecny hit a nice milestone, scoring his 200th goal as a Flyer. [BSH]

*It was a weird and somewhat imperfect showing, but still a nice little win picked up for Sam Ersson last night. And folks, the goaltending so far this season in general has been good! [The Athletic]

*Inquiring minds would like to know… so what even is a bumper anyway? [Inquirer]

*And finally, we’re keeping the Halloween vibes rolling, and talking about some tricks and treats through this beginning of the season. [BSH]
