*Folks the Flyers are off until Saturday. Who made this schedule? What are we supposed to do with ourselves? Anyhoo, Matvei Michkov is funny. It’s hard sometimes, with the language barrier, for humor to come through clearly, but the kid made it happen. [BSH]

*If you subscribe over at Charlie’s place, he’s got 10 Things from Monday’s win over the Preds. [PHLY]

*Back to Matvei Michkov, who is the best: the line with him, Coots, and Travis Konecny is finally firing on all cylinders. Finally! Just in time! [Inquirer]

*And speaking of firing on all cylinders, do we think there’s any real chance for Mich to win the Calder race? It seems like a stretch for sure, but not out of the realm! [BSH]

*All of the most boring people you know are going to suggest that the best choice for the next coach of the Flyers is Rick Tocchet. For some reason. [The Athletic]

*And finally, looks like the President’s Trophy race will come down to two teams: the Washington Capitals and the Winnipeg Jets. Just as we all predicted. [ESPN]
