Wednesday Morning Fly By: Woll’d off

*The Flyers once again played a pretty dang good game against the Toronto Maple Leafs but once again fell short, this time in regulation. Peak rebuild game, though. RECAP!

*We are officially halfway through the season and John Tortorella thinks his team is uneven and in need of constant evaluation. Yes. Thank you John. [NBC Sports Philly]

*Travis Konecny is pretty reliable though, eh? And Auston Matthews thinks he’s pretty neat. [BSH]

*Lots of questions, though. Goaltending, centers, how long is Cates going to keep this up? Etc. [Inquirer]

*We went through the players currently in the Flyers organization that played well in the WJC, but how’s about some players who could be part of the Flyers organization in the future? [BSH]

*Speaking of prospects, Maddie’s latest Phantoms report is live over on Charlie’s website. [PHLY]

*And finally, Comcast has deep pockets. And they should use them to buy the Flyers the best next coach they possibly can. And his brother used to go here! [BSH]
