Oh boy, what a game!

Despite putting only 15 shots on net against the Columbus Blue Jackets, the Philadelphia Flyers spanked their division rivals on Tuesday night at the Wells Fargo Center, propelling themselves ahead of CBJ in the standings, and ahead of the New York Islanders into third in the Metropolitan.

Philly has to get right back at it on Thursday night against the same opponent, this time away from their home ice where they’ve had so much success, but this one felt damn good.

Touted as the most important stretch of the season, the Flyers got the first two of four crucial points with the trade deadline looming and the playoff race tightening.
